Cannot connect to website on ADSL

I seem to have a problem connecting to the Etihad website on my adsl.
I can connect using my MTN card.
Just wanted to find out if anybody else is having the same problem.
 
Connects but is very slow. Seems like a routing problem :/

Funny enough, it only seems to be happening on a Telkom Adsl (ISP webafrica).
