Good Afternoon,
I have applied at iBurst for a 8 Gig ADSL package but have problems to connect to the service provider. I have a Telkom ADSL line with a Billion 400G ADSL router.
Everytime I phone the ADSL support at iBurst they said everything is OK with my username and password. The problem is I can log into the iBurst website with my username and password but as soon as I want to connect via the iBurst ADSL connection to connect to the internet I receive an error message saying the username and password combination was not recognized. It seems that I don't get anywhere with the iBurst support via the phone.
Is there anyone that can assist me to get connected to the internet via my ADSL line/iBurst ?
