Is anyone experiencing problems connecting in the Stellenbosch area?.
My connection worked fine earlier today and then suddenly dropped the connection every few minutes. Now I cannot connect.

I've tested the modem om my desktop pc and my laptop, nothing. My iburst terminal shows good reception ranging from 90-100%.

When I connect it hangs and then gives me the following error:
Error 721 : The remote computer did not respond.

Eish

Yes, there's incident report about authentication problems in Cape Town and Durban. A client of mine has had problems authenticating the whole day.

I had the same problem last night.

I connected this morning and it's been alright the whole day.

iBurst, is aware of the problem.

Thanks for the feedback, I see my connection works again this morning. The strange thing is my cousin who is like 500m away from me could connect yesterday. strange.

As soon as there is a free ADSL line available on my neighborhood exchange I'm dumping iBurst for good. We have not had a connection for almost 24hrs! So for me thats my Office R599 p/m already cancelled... and my home R599p/m soon to go.

I agree, whats the point in making the prices cheaper but the quality of service still sucks. I checked all the add-on services which they are launching, more chances for them to mess the account up, eish!

Agreed, instead of making things simpler, they've gone and complicated things for the average user.

Eg. iPhone comes with a black back cover and white back cover, 8GB, 16GB or 32GB. That's it.

You like, you buy, simple not complicated.
