Cannot deal with Afrihost much longer, please help

Any suggestions on who to move to? I cannot take the nonsense with afrihost much longer. I pay for a 50/50 line, and about 90% of the time im getting below 10 on a speedtest. So, to put it bluntly.... I get 20% of the service, but they still get 100% payment. When I attempt to contact them, I sit on whatsapp for sometimes over an hour waiting on a reply. But is my payment late? no. This is ridiculous, in this day and age how can a hosting company get away with this sort of customer care? or lack thereof, rather. I will be happy to pay extra just to get away.
 
@PBCool @TheRoDent are active daily on the forum,you can call in or you can log a ticket on their website.

Only company I know of with DDOS protection and a accelerator in place so you get better international throughput.

Besides for their slow support service, you do realise the country is in a lockdown?
Yes I am well aware of that, but this has been going on close to 6 months for me and I am finally just losing it now.
Edit: With this being said, I did receive an SMS from afrihost stating that it's business as usual, except for their "walk in center".

Although now is probably the wrong time to do it. You don't have to accept pathetic service. Cancel and move.

Yeah agreed, now is the worst possible time :/ Frustrated would be an understatement but yeah. Thanks, I appreciate everybody's input, I should have mentioned in my original post that this had been going on for a long time. Take care!

Even when you do get help, they don't read the tickets and you end up in an endless support system loop.

Have they made you done IPERF tests to see maybe your fibre line has severe packet loss on it? Packet loss on fibre network will cause poor performance as well (not defending anyone simple question)

Hi, no they haven't. They have just recently told me to test the fibre box without the router.
