Cannot dial 135

Hello,

I have been trying to dial 135 (and the old 808). Call just automatically ends. Does not even attempt dialing. I have tried the call barring #330*0000# and diverts ##002# to no avail. What can I do to resolve this?

Which device and have you maybe locked network to lte/4g?
 
I have the very same issue and NOBODY from MTN is wanting to help me, it just shows the level of service they uphold. Shameful.

I had to go to into the store for them to sort it out back then.
 
Thanks Netstrider, I did that as well. Unfortunately they still couldn't find a resolution so they just advised me to call from another number

That's just BS from their end. I like MTN but the last year something has changed with their service and it's not good.
 
Mtn customer service is just bad and it's not getting any better. I have been unable to make or receive calls since August when requested to move to prepaid and I am still struggling. Call centre keeps on telling me it's barring related . But I can see barring is disabled on my phone. Frustrated
