Cannot download from Play Store on 3g

Hi,

I cannot download from Play Store when I am on 3g, but WIFI works fine. I can browse on 3g, but when I accept and download it shows the downloading bar for ever.

I have a Xperia T on MTN, stock JB. Dont know if it makes any difference, but in Mobile network settings, under access piont names I have only one access point : SEMC GPRS. All other browsing works fine, only downloading from Play Store.

I googled it and some people say to reboot, but that is not a solution.

Any ideas

I had the same issue on my S4. Appears to be an issue when switching from wifi to 3g. Apparently clearing the cache and data for the play store app, then logging into google chat before downloading worked for me. However, same issue cropped up again, but now logging into hangouts (which replaced google chat) doesnt work.

fixed.
it was the APN points as I suspected. went to MTN and had them reset the pan points. and it works now.
I suspect that this is also what stopped my calendar from syncing as well.
the person who set my phone up when I first bought it obviously stuffed up. they had only the SEMC apn. it was supposed to have the MTN wap and MTN mms apn files
