Cannot download podcasts - anyone else?

Hi all - I am having problems downloading podcasts with iTunes - the network connection keeps timing out even when nothing is is running - I havn't been able to download any podcasts since my computer got reformated but had no problems before. Am on Tiscali/Mweb dialup account - anyone else got the same problems so I can complain to Tiscali or is it just me ...

I don't think so - I can connect to iTunes Music Store and wateve to browse the podcasts directory so that seems to be ok ... but I'll try disabiling the firewall just now and see what happens (no one attack me please)

Nope - not working - even tried disabliling everything - allowing iTunes for everything - this sucks, I am driving all the way to Midmar (near Durban) on Monday and would like something nice to listen to

EDIT: I have started using a program called Juice for the downloads - so I at least will have the content ... just a bit irritating that it only ads podcasts to the iTunes library with the 'Podcast' genere, not as a podcast - oh well ...
