Cannot figure this out

Ok so further to my previous thread:

The jailbreak was quite easy but not being familiar with iOS can someone please help me with the following (it sounds simple but I'm tearing my hair out trying to figure this out):

- How do I rearrange the icons into groups/folders.
- How do I load apps from my flash drive directly onto the iPad? I cannot find the iPad drive letter in "My Computer" (I use Win7 not mac)?
- How do I transfer my pdf's for work directly to my iPad?

Sorry for the noob questions...

Groups - drag one icon onto another. That forms a group. Then drag other icons onto the group.

Not ever installed apps directly so can't help there.

To arrange the icons into folders simply hold one down until they jiggle and drag one icon over another - it will form a folder automatically.

You need to use iTunes, or the cloud, to load apps. There may but a third party JB solution that I'm not aware of though.

Apple's built in iBooks is good for PDF's but it also requires you use iTunes or email them to the device (unless you're viewing it within safari). I prefer Goodreader which lets you copy files, including PDFs, via wifi, though there are plenty of other apps which accomplish the same thing.

Goodreader is one of those 'must have' apps IMO.
