Cannot find address on coverage map for fibre

@AfriNatic Linklayer is in the complex , my unit does not have any fibre line/router in it.

When I go to your coverage map , my address/estate shows up as “no fibre”
This is not a new fibre rollout - estate has fibre for a while

Can the map get updated or is there another way to process the order ?

have to use their provider and get raped everytime you want internet.

Have not seen that on my mobile , will try on a laptop browser after Afrihost reps confirm they can take the order with link layer

In that case use: https://clientzone.afrihost.com/order/#!/pure-fibre/address-lookup to start the order. It does allow you to specify that you know there is fibre

@Afrigirl , completed my order and got a “fibre - order received” email from Afrihost.

Any help in raising a ticket with link layer to run a cable into the apt will be appreciated
