Cannot log in to iBurst Web site - Again !

A recurring problem.
Often it works fine, but...

This morning I have tried twice without success again.

Apologies an error has ocurred during login.

Please try again later or call client services on 0877 20 20 20"

This is something that I have encountered countless times before.
What is the reason for it?

O.K. - Issue resolved (for now...)

Could finally manage to log in at 13:37 pm.
