Cannot log in to iBurst Web site

Hi,

Could the iBurst rep please have a look at this? An old problem has reared it's head again today.
When I try to check my usage I get this when attempting to log in to the iBurst web site:

https://www.iburst.co.za/neuvo.aspx?link=site_login_&summary

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
