Cannot make calls on MTN

When I try and make calls, I receive the message "the number does not exist......"
Yes it does.
I also cannot receive calls
Afrihost say they can't help
MTN call center have twice tried resetting something, but that dies not help

What are my options?

After 3 days without service, Mtn finally resolved their problem today.
Apparently their technical teams don't work on weekends.
Such champion service. NOT

I can't receive calls from landlines and MTN says they don't see anything wrong on my number, oi.

I eventually went to an MTN branch and forced them to open a complaint with MTN technical services
Three days later phone worked correctly.
