Cannot open PDF files on 9800 Torch

As the title says, any pdf file i cannot open, even in my gmail account

EMail it to yourself then you can open the attachment. I'm assuming you're viewing your gmail account through the browser?

Still not working, what am i doing wrong, my brother has the same phone yet he can view them, have checked all my settings, everything seems the same as his.
Also my bbmessanger disappeared and app world as well, please help

The PDF viewer only works in emails, also the pdf will need to be smaller than 5mb. Your missing BBM and appworld can only be explained by your BIS service being disabled, if there is not active BIS service on the line the core BB services dissapear
