Cannot order a second Rain connection

Hi Rain,

Can you please assist? I only have one 5G router on my profile. Never had more than this one.
I would like to order another connection but I get an error that says:
I have reached the maximum allowed.

I have attached the screenshot.

You can have up to 10 4G rain SIMs – but you can only activate one SIM at a time

You can only have 1 5G sim

I am sorry to hear that. That does not make sense.
At least allow us 2/3 5G sims.

The reason for me trying to get another 5G sim:
I would like to get one for my parents. It is just easier to get it on my profile, since they aren't clued up with technology. I understand there is a risk of reselling but max the 5G sims to 2/3 and that should sort that.
