Cannot purchase/boost prepaid data bundle

I have a prepaid iBurst modem that I use as a back-up link as and when required. To purchase prepaid data bundles, I normally login onto iBurst website, select "purchase bandwidths", select data bundle then select payment option. Thereafter all is working.

Since yesterday the website portal seems to be malfunctioning, I cannot select any data bundle. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I need a solution urgently.

Had the same problem on Wednesday night, really struggled with a whole bunch of errors getting returned, gave up eventually and tried adding uncapped 64 kbs, that worked :(
 
oops, misread the thread :o

but still battled to buy additional data on the site on Wednesday
 
it is working now - I have managed to buy a data bundle with credit card this past Saturday. However the uKash payment method fails to process a data bundle voucher bought from Pick n Pay. I will report to iBurst accordingly.
