I have a prepaid iBurst modem that I use as a back-up link as and when required. To purchase prepaid data bundles, I normally login onto iBurst website, select "purchase bandwidths", select data bundle then select payment option. Thereafter all is working.
Since yesterday the website portal seems to be malfunctioning, I cannot select any data bundle. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I need a solution urgently.
