Cannot purchase from playstation store

Anybody else having an issue purchasing from https://store.playstation.com ??

I have purchased before but today I am getting the error:

Commerce is currently not available in your country/region.

Any ideas?

Ok, so the purchase went through with about a two hour delay.. I am assume some backend issues at Sony at the time.

Always an issue when trying through the browser.

Works fine through the console. but if you're at work and you want to purchase and start the download before you get home,
You can also purchase it through the mobile app.
