Cannot receieve message on bbm in my iphone from blackberry user

My friend just add me on her bbm (she use old blackberry7, I use Iphone5)

sending message to her, read her status, profile picture is no problem on my side except the "D" remain even she read it.

Problem is she send message and I cant receieve. but I got notification.

Do you know what the problem is?

Try updating to the latest version via the appstore......it fixed all the bugs etc....if that fails then re install you bbm or delete her and add again.

A colleague has the same problem between his iPhone 5 and his wife's Galaxy S4. Appears to be one of many bugs that still need to be ironed out.

I use an iPhone 5 and my BBM works perfectly. But I have downloaded the latest app and deleted the first release. Don't forget the settings in the Notifications Centre.
