So guys i bought 2 of these http://www.bidorbuy.co.za/item/171140047/IP_CAMERA.html
the instructions say that i should use this software that comes with it , so great i click on the tool and it sees the ip address , mac etc of the cam (i am connecting directly initially via cable to pc) , i am then supposed to go to the ip address shown but i cannot seem to access it. i tried changing the port to 40000 , i set inbound and outbound firewall rules to allow port 40000 still cannot see the came. done an ipconfig and i donot see the ip address that the software shows.
Any ideas , i donot know much but networks and setting this up , Please help
