Cannot update BB9780 via Desktop Software

Hi,

I cannot update my phone with the desktop software for some reason.

When I connect the phone it says that there is an update available (6.0.570) im on 6.0.294 - on MTN


It starts the updae process, does a back-up, as soon as it starts to download the update, it gives an error, and asks to check the internet connection.

Anyone else experience this?

edit : if i try to update via the phone its-self, it says that no update is available
 
Hi

Go to http://us.blackberry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp and download your Blackberry model Software and install,

Once done make sure you are not connect to the internet in anyway and connect your phone and Launce Desktop Manager

Under Device go to update and update the phone, If this process does not work go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and run Loader.exe and follow the prompts, Please note that location is under Windows Vista and Windows 7

Thanks The-One, but that site goes up to 6.0.294, which is what I currently have, The supdate prompt says update 6.0.574 is available?
 
Fixed it.
Did the update on another pc. Something on my pc was not allowing the update. Damned if I know what tho
