Cannot upload to youtube for months now....

Am i the only one?

i get the following screenshot as soon as i hit upload.

*its not browser or machine related : i cannot upload from my bro's laptop and i even formatted awhile back but the error continues. i know there are some issues with youtube vids but has uploading been banned completely???

i even got a new router after my last one fried and thought maybe it would help but to no avail.

any help appreciated

I've also been getting a Cannot connect error.
I thought there was something wrong with my pc until I saw this thread.

yeah you see....and the problem started around the same time everyone gets those 'the video is no longer available error'. why the hell would they ban uploading to youtube....... absolutely shocking in my opinion.

have you tried uploading using the proxy that elimiates the "the video is no longer available" for SAiX users anyways.

Goto in IE

Tools
Internet Options
Connections
Lan Settings
Place a tick under Use a proxy server..

Enter
cache.saix.net Port: 8080

If that doesn't help, have you tried different accounts ie. An IS based one to see if it is related to just one ISP you using.

Oh, I never thought that you would need the proxy server to upload. :-/
