Cannot View/Download my iBurst Invoices/Statements

Hi Guys,

As the tittle says, i cannot view my Invoice or Statements online i have tried both on Firefox and IE, both latest versions, so don't think its a browser issue.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? as i can only see the total monies on the left but cannot open of save the invoices,i could do so on the old iBurst site design which i see that the ink has now been changed to the new design.

I can view the invoices online, but I can't save them as PDF files.

I had to request iBurst to send them by email. (Took a week)

I hope they will start sending my invoices/statements on a monthly basis without me having to ask every month.

Madhawk, which browser do you use?

They sent me last month's invoices/statements but i still would prefer the flexibility of viewing or downloading from their site.

I used Google Chrome.

I decided to try with IE9 and I am able to see and save the Statements/invoices as PDF.

So I got it right with IE9.
