Cannot view Standard bank website

Hi everyone.
We are connected to the web via a Netgear firewall router.
The site www.standardbank.co.za (196.8.95.20) cannot be accessed - it resolves the IP address but just times out.
The Internet Banking side (196.8.107.36) works fine.
We can access www.standardbank.co.za via www.zend2.com/, an anonymous proxy.
We have changed the DNS Servers to 196.43.53.190 and 196.43.54.190, but still nothing.
Any ideas to resolve this problem would be most welcome.

I also can't access Standard Bank online banking, you should type (Standard Bank online) to access it or https://www.encrypt.standardbank.co.za . I don't know why I can't access it direct.

Thanks Qwikslver, but I have ruled out DNS as the problem - the problem remains, though.

Which ISP are you with?

Your host file could have been hacked.
