Canon ESO 600D vs 650D...Which one to get?

I am in the market to buy an entry level DSLR, the consensus is that the Canon EOS 600D is best bang for buck in thsi category. However, the successor Canon EOS 650D has just been released.
The package I’m thinking of going for is the camera body + f1.8 50mm + 18-55mm lens.
The difference between the two packages is R1620 (R6600 vs R8200). Do you think it’s worth the extra money for the newer Canon EOS 650D?

The 650D is better in just about every department than the 600D.
It all depends on what you want or expect of the camera but I'm purchasing a 650D instead of the 600D because:

1. It has a higher ISO range than the 600D which is useful for low light shooting.
2. It can shoot 5 fps instead of 3.7 fps.
3. It has a major improvement in AF (Auto Focus) - 9 cross type vs only 1 cross type on 600D.
4. It can do continuous AF in movie and live view modes - the 600D can do neither.
5. It has a touch screen which is useful if you like swipe and pinch operations as well as one touch AF and one touch shooting.
