Cant access international Sites

Good Day to the People. Can somebody Please explain to me why I am unable to access International websites. I am on a network from a company that has two separate adsl accounts, one with imaginet and the other with probably telkom. since early today, I have been unable to access international websites from my office computer but I could do that from the computers in the library. I have no idear as to which account I am connected to, all I know is that its telkom ADSL.... that is all they tell me... What could be the problem my people....
