Can't access MWEB Hosting Control Panel

I am unable to access the CPanel using the credentials provided when I signed up for the web hosting.
I also noticed that two of my domain names are not working. But, can't login to fix those, or renew them, or repurchase them if they have expired.
Also, can't access the mweb account on the website as I forgot my password and it won't let me reset it. Says that it can't send an OTP.
