Can't access Telkom Usage Tracker/Top-up

Just hit my cap with no idea how much exactly I went over but anyway, I want to buy another gig or so but the Usage/Top-up thing on the Telkom site doesn't accept my username/pass, no matter how I do it. What's the problem?

Also; say I've gone 3 gigs over my allowance, when I buy another 1 will it go towards what I went over (if you get what I mean) or can I just start fresh with that one? Thanks
 
i dunno if it is related but that thing is so temperamental for me? maybe try a lil later?
