Can't access website

I am playing an online private server of jade dynasty and the voting URL http://64.120.165.87/jaden/ just give me a forbidden massage.


I can access the URL from my blackberry just fine so its not the URL that's faulty.

Can iburst check for me plz.

I need to vote to get jadon (in game money) or else i wont get anywhere in the game

looks like its an iburst problem, tried from home and get the same error, tried at work and it works

The "forbidden" message I saw trying to connect from iBurst seems like the server was rejecting the connection, so best to so speak to the server operators.
I also tried from work (not on Iburst) and the connection just times out, I don't even see the "forbidden" message.
