Can't access Wikipedia on Telkom LTE

From yesterday I cannot access it too. Think it's a dns issue

The mobile app tells me it can't connect to 91.198.174.192. Trying a traceroute doesn't get there either (doesn't get past 63.218.243.17). It's not dns as traceroute gets an ip for wiki.

There is something screwed up with Telkom LTE currently. A was also unable to connect to Wikipedia (although that just started working 5 minutes ago) and cannot connect to bitbucket unless I use a VPN.

wikipedia is working but some more sites seem down like guildwars servers and www.tweaknews.eu

Only down on Telkom network.

My missus is a Bingo junkie, and can't connect to Bingo Bash, her favourite. I will try traceroutes after the "lunch" guests have left.

I can now connect to wiki via the mobile app.

Wikipedia now working, but tried to access t-mobile.com in the US and no can do. Seems they must have some peering or routing issues.

I had issues with both Wikipedia and BitBucket on Friday. Wikipedia has since started working again but still can't access BitBucket clearly still affecting a few sites :/
