Can't browse

Hi all

Has anyone experienced ADSL problems this weekend? Since Friday night, my router shows connected, but I can't browse/ping any website.

I phoned WebAfrica, but they couldn't sort it out. Told me to phone Telkom. Yea.. well, 2 hours later no answer from their "support" center (I'm not surprised.)

I'm in the Wonderboom South Pretoria Area.

If you don't mind, you can pm me your webafrica client code, and I can make sure that the problem is not on our side and let you know, and if it in fact does, I can get one of our adsl support staff to get you sorted :)

I have the same problem.

Do you mean hard reset to actually switch the router on and off or reset to factory defaults.

I hard reset, like hold the reset switch for 10 seconds , back to factory defaults.

I just got a phone call, asking if my problem has been fixed. Top marks for WA.
