Cant buy bandwidth

tried to but a booster this morning and once again no luck. It allows you to log in and submit but you does not bring up any options. So the solution was simple i plugged in my Vodacom card bought some data and was away. Sorry Iburst you lost out once again
 
I can't buy this morning....rather urgent....also using Vodacom modem now. It's very irritating they can't get their purchasing system in order...losing out on revenue and don't seem to care...
 
I cant buy any bandwith, and they dont respond on there mails on the contact form on there website. Iburst starts to suck big time
 
I would contact the iBurst rep on this forum via PM if I was you (or support.. but I know it's sometimes frustrating getting hold of them). I had the exact same issue earlier this month and the iBurst rep arranged for support to phone me.
Once they called me (the same day) the issue was sorted out within minutes.
It turned out that for some reason the limit on bandwidth purchases on my account had been set to R0. Hence nothing showed up in the available boosters to purchase.
A few quick taps on the keyboard on their side and I could make purchases. I suspect you may have a similar issue.

because everybody loves jumping through hoops to pay companies with crap service their hard earned money LOL
