Sign up with GoogleI've been unable to buy data bundles on my Vodacom Top Up contract. I keep getting this error message: "Promo Data Bundle Operation Failed: NotAuthorized".
I've called Vodacom support at least a dozen times now - I always get told that someone will call me back, which happened once - she just wanted to confirm that I'm still experiencing the issue. I've reached out to them on Twitter and even resorted to HelloPeter.
Anyone know why I might be seeing this error or if there is actually someone I could speak to who could get this resolved?
