I have a Telkom Do2 and Prepaid Axxess Voucher, both of which are not connecting, The DSL light is on! it just stopped working! Anyone else having probs in Durban?
It could be that your router is connecting to the DSLAM and syncing but that the DSLAM has lost connection to the SAIX due to a fiber break or similar.
You can phone Telkom and have them conduct a test if you have time. They will usually pick up that they cant see your DSLAM from their consoles.
