I'm sitting with a unique problem here.
I can't connect to the mail server, and I can't even ping its IP address. I have this issue when connecting to the net with Webafrica and when connecting with MTN. If I switch to SAI or Telkom, it connects and i can ping it.
The guy who hosts our mail says our IP range is blacklisted and I must phone the ISP to get it resolved, but I've had no success talking to them.
Any idea what's going on?
