Can't connect to MTN number

My mother ported to MTN from Cell C about a month ago.
All is OK, except, if someone tries to phone her from a Virgin Mobile sim card, the call does not connect through. She can phone out to any network, and as far as I know there is no problem with calls from Vodacom or MTN.
Any ideas?

But to one specific number only? I can connect to other MTN numbers from my Virgin Mobile sim. I know of 3 other people, also on Virgin Mobile, who can't connect to that number now. Before the port to MTN, there were never problems....
