Cant email on a Telkom account

Hey guys

I havent been able to check email for 8 days now. Keeps on saying that my user name/password is incorrect. I phoned telkom and they said they working on it.

Just wanted to know how many of u are getting the same thing?

Do you have a Gmail account? Maybe ask gmail to import you emails for you via pop? If that doesnt work (same wrong password error), then It's all up to telkom to fix it I guess.
