Ok. After reading all the comments on this forum and feedback from friends, I still decided I want to give the NeoConnect Prime Uncapped a go. Seems like a good deal. So I fill in the online application and on the very last step it gives an error? Ok fine. So I try to call the call centre to sign up... "Press 1 for sales" or whatever... THEN YOU JUST GET DISCONNECTED! Nice. Now the absolute Cherry on the cake would be if they bill me at the end of the month cause I did complete my bank details on the website.

Think I'll give this one a skip.

How do you FORCE Telkom to give you 4Mbps DSL?
