Cant export to .swf ... Please help

I have Photoshop/Photoready 7 , Adobe After Effects 6.5 and Photoshop CS5 Portable. I've created a slideshow and want to use it as a Website banner but I'm unable to export it to .swf . Please help I'm new to the whole Photoshop thing:cry:
