My husband is unable to call me since Thursday. I received my new phone about a week ago. I checked and he is not blocked on my phone. Its so strange that I dont get see a notification of the call on the call log (block calls usually have a circle next to them but still appear). After much trying, I changed my Sim to a different phone, just to make sure its a phone issue, but he is still unable to call me on the other phone. The other phone is the phone I used before the new phone and he was able to call me on that phone.
They are completely different makes, the one is a Samsung and the other a Huawei.
Has this happened to anyone else.... Vodacom is battling to understand why this is happening, cause it really does seem like the problem is on the sim and not the phone. Any ideas?
