I bought the 512kb uncapped internet from OpenWeb 2 days ago, paid and got the account information yesterday. The problem is that I can't get it working..when i try to log in the status never changes from not connected to connected.
The modem is from telkom (had their 2 and 3 gb account before) and is based on telkom settings. I tried to contact the support today, but couldn't reach anyone there, I left contact information they haven't phoned me back yet. So I hope if someone of you could help me to get this thing working What's wrong?
