Can't get through on 082111

I can dial and get through on my cell with the number 111 to vodacom customer care, but no longer on 082111 when dialled from a landline.

Anybody else have this problem?

Works from my landline (tested just now, so maybe there was a problem earlier)

Thanks v3g, couldn't get through all day, will check with our switchboard tomorrow as well.
