cant get Untangle to work

HI guys

Well im running a normal machine 1 network card connected to router
i have downloaded the file used for windows XP i have downloiaded SP3

it installs fine but it wont load ?? keeps saying service is not running i try to run service automatically and it says service cannot start thats all ??

do i need IIS installed ??

You dont need IIS

Untangle for windows runs on a Virtualbox instance on the PC.

I run quite a few Untangle sites, but have not had the need to go for the windows VM one

I think there is an issue with SP3 on XP

Check the untangle forums also, lots of helpful people there

maybe i should download the server edition ?

yeah must be a problem with SP3 but let me download the other version
im going to play with vyatta first see if that comes right if not will move to ipcop or smoothwall
