phoned the call center but i don't feel like holding as all consultants are currently busy
 
Yes and I am not getting my static ip anymore as well and web browsing is crawling.
 
I am not getting my static either :( web browsing is slow as well. Guess we'll have to wait it out then.

They said my account was suspended on the 6th... although I've been connected up until last nite. Paid up and back online.
 
Shaun, it appears
- I cant login to iBurst website again, sometimes I am successful and sometimes not. When I go log in it says I got 0kb left and static is not listed their under products at the time.
- I am not getting static ip from this morning
- Dashboard showing i got 0kb left

Could you look into it?
