Cant Open Javascript

Not exactly sure what the error is here, but it seems I cant open javascript queries in FireFox or in Chrome, even though javascript is enabled
however I can through Microsoft Edge

If I go to a site like
https://www.tradestation.com/
in firefox and chrome the "Chat" is Offline permanently but if I go through Microsoft Edge its online

Anybody know how I can resolve this?

I just tested it on Firefox and it also didn't work on my side. It might be that the site is full of shite. Some sites work, let's say properly on Chrome but not on Firefox. Try another site that uses JS queries (maybe one that also uses a chat function) and see what happens.

Doesn't work on Safari either. I think they didn't think the code through and it viability across platforms.
