Ok it has been a whole month now and my line still have packet LOSS OMG.
The day when i started getting packet loss. Internet was fine and then it just stopped working and I could not connect or anything. After 1 hour I was able to connect again BUT I have packet loss (around 5-10%). Might not seem like much because I can browse fine but that is not what I need the internet for. This has a HUGE effect on games ( constant spikes delay etc.) when i ping saix.net i constantly get 61 ms and a lots of timeouts. Now today im getting 80ms and over and the timeouts. I tried getting hold of telkom but I waited 1:30 HOURS listening to that music AND NO ANSWER!!

Does anyone know what the cause could be? If it could be the router or the line?
 
Dont bother calling telkom you are going to get a dumb consultant that doesnt know email from sms and that all after waiting like 15Hours for them to answer. Telkom after sales service is useless
