Can't remember my Telkom username

I reset my router and need my Telkom username and password but cannot remember it. My telephone is not working so I can't call Telkom to get my details. Is there anyway I can do it online? Going nuts here. Need to work and am not winning :(

Im sure you can use your Neighbours (if you are friends with them), friends, parents phone.
 
Surely you saved it somewhere because you know you'd need it later?
 
Thanks. Yes, I saved it on a hard drive that died. Neighbours are out and my sister's landline is dead :( dead end.
 
Lol man. You need to use the cloud.

I save everything to Gmail and Google drive. Only way to make sure things don't get lost.
 
If your landline voice service is not working then it is possible that the adsl is down too.

maybe try the telkom guest account details to test.

And Afrihost will give you 1 gig free per month, but they require you to send a copy of your ID to register for the deal...
