I take it you don't follow the AH threads. Many people are having streaming issues with Afrihost Business. AH can't even tell why streaming works on their free GB, yet crap on the Business uncapped.

AH Business would be the last place I'd go to if I wanted to stream.

OK. I just remembered the office uses smart village who certainly uses a fiber for internet connection.

I have ordered a 1 GB account with webafrica. in case it is fast, do you think i should stay with them ? no shaping or throttling?
one of my other friend who also use a 2Mbps account from the same guy manages to download up to 1.5 Tera per month. This is why i wanted his accounts because you are not limited to anything. I know i am not a downloader but a streamer. I hope webafrica will not throttle my speed after a certain time should I sign with them

This is definitely an OW account. The user does not realise it's 1.5Tb divided by 5,(possibly more) shared accounts.

I'm guessing the guy is running a 2meg account on a 10meg line and the ISP limiter isn't working.

Web Africa home capped and business uncapped products use the same priorities. Of course uncapped use the star rating system but business uncapped accounts are lenient in that regard, plus you can utilise the night hours that don't count towards your shaping.
