can't top up

i just reached my cap but i cant top up on the iburst website!!!
Been trying to phone the helpdesk but no answer...
wats up with iBurst lately?
their account deptartment is a mess
the top up system dun work
helpdesk is not helping..........................

I also tried to login onto their website to check my stats, but I get an "Login error".

I thought after all these months the website would be fixed by now, but I guess they need another 2 years to fix a website.

when i want to top up and give them money they dun want
but they will get ur money from double bill u

Apologies, there was a fibre outage in Sandton yesterday that impacted the firewalls. Will work on resolving and provide feedback.

When logging in try using <username>@iburst.co.za as opposed to <username>@wbs.co.za (if you are using @wbs) - I got this helpful piece of info after logging calls with iBurst for months.
