hi guys, my girlfriend got the curve 8520 and she is running the older version (4.6) and i want to update to 5.0.0.592. the desktop software is installed ,latest is v6 i think, but every time i want to update it launches the install/download wizard and as soon as it gets to the "downloading phone software" screen i get this error :
An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your Internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists.
my internet connection is fine and working 100%. has anyone else had this problem before?? i run both our BB's on the same desktop software, but i cant see that it could be a problem... if anyone could help me i would really appreciate
