Is it normal for Iburst to still work even if my cap is used up? It seems I've gone over my limit a long time ago but it just keeps going. The website cap usage info is stuck at 2gb

Normally when it's done I get a message "Capped Reached, buy more bandwidth to continue"

It just worries me that my dad might get a huge bill for extra usage and I've never even activated the OOB data service.

Do you have the soft cap option maybe? Where you are merely throttled to 64k?

I have no VAS option. Just the plain wireless 2 without hardware @ R198p/m
Ek sou agterkom as my spoed minder is. Ek download nogsteeds teen gewone spoed wat +- 80-100kb/s is.
Sorry for the afrikaans.

Naw, iBurst is just completely useless! Sometimes their system doesn't work. Download as much as you can while you still can :D

Believe me, if they won't charge for the extra, I will leech it 24/7 if I can.

Maybe it has something to do with fact that I canceled subscription. Januarie gaan die kennisgewing maand wees.

Tx, for bringing this to my attention. You should be now be capped. (Just don't know how you are going to read this?)

However, even when capped you will still be able to send and receive email and use iCall.

Ya, I saw my connection was terminated and capped reached when I woke up from sleep. Well better to be honest.
