Hi,

I recently upgraded to Do3 package from the Do2 package. My cap on the Do2 package was at 17.5GB for local when I upgraded. Will my new local cap be 30GBs?

Yup I know that, I mean I just upgraded on Thursday and have already used most of my local cap that being 17.5GBs on my previous Do2 package, so I wanted to know that if I upgraded to Do3 package, will I get 30GBs to use now till the end of the month?? or will my local cap just be pushed up from 20GBs to 30GBs for just this month, giving me 12.5GBs to use, or will I have to wait for the new month to get my new 30GBs cap?

Hmm good question.. Surely they would charge you from next month and it would be effective from then?

Not sure,, Would probably be best to speak to telkom and get a reference number for the conversation in case they try to act funny and charge you for usage over 20GB

Yep because the line is running at 4Mbits, so I was wondering about the cap...mmm I will phone them and check.

Did they not give you a completely different username and password for the 3GB account?

Nope, same username and password

So ask them whats happening?

They should give u a new username/pass for the 3GB account and cancel ur old 2GB one

Nah don't think so. Telkoms unshaped offerings are on their 4GB accounts only AFAIK?

I phoned them and they said that I have to wait for the new month for the cap to be renewed, eish ......But for now its over to Axxess local only....excellent price
